We empower teens and adults to help their peers who are struggling and teach skills for offering support. We cultivate an environment of safety and inclusion while emphasizing the strength in seeking help.
Our Mission
UMatter is based on the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s teachings that each person’s soul is worthy of boundless love, and none of us are complete unless all are included. Umatter continues to spread that light.
Our Work
Through interactive and educational events, UMatter helps teens and adults shatter the stigmas surrounding mental-health challenges and create an atmosphere of inclusion in their communities.
