Chai 5 Kids Club is an after school program held each Tuesday from 3:15-5:15pm. All school aged children are invited to drop by. Children will be supervised by Roberta and Michal. Plus, our Friendship Circle teen volunteers will be on hand to join in the fun!
Activities are both structured and non-structured and will include outdoor play, indoor circle games, board games, story time, art projects, and homework help. A delicious snack will be prepared by Chef Shaindy Schapiro.

Our topic this month will be “Taking Care of the Caregiver,” coordinated by Carolyn CutlerTzeel. Please join us as we share the joys and challenges of caregiving while learning new skills and strategies. You will be provided with resources to help manage family and social relationships.
This dynamic forum provides the opportunity for families to share, explore, suggest, educate and help each other based on their own experiences and knowledge. Each meeting will feature a speaker who presents and educates the families in various areas of importance: IEPs, medications, parent burn-out, surviving adolescence, and how to talk to your kids.
